We probably shouldn't have favourites but this has to be it! We use free range West country lamb mixed with harissa from Tunisia and a homemade merguez blend, a bit of seasoning and rusk. Inc. Soy and sulphites.
This flavour is equally comfortable served in pitta bread with tzatziki and salad for a lovely light summer lunch or part of a hearty casserole in winter.
All our flavours are sold by the kilogram which roughly equates to 12 gluten free sausages, 24 gluten free chipolatas, 6 6oz gluten free burgers, 36 gluten free meatballs or 1kg gluten free sausage meat
